Grobo offers a 30-day return policy on all Premium and Solid units.
The 30-day period begins the moment the unit is shipped and only applies to unopened boxes.
Here is more information about how to be eligible for a return and the fees applicable:
- If you're inside the 30-day return period and the unit is unopened, you're eligible to request a return for refund.
- Any manuals and accessories must be included to be eligible.
- The product(s) must be free from any physical damage to be eligible.
- The cost of shipping the unit back to our facility will be deducted from the total refund given (150USD, 180EUR). Click HERE to learn more about this fee under 'Returns and Refunds.'
To begin a return, reach out to our Grobo Support by clicking HERE. If you're outside the 30-day return period, you will not be eligible.
The same 30-day return policy applies to the Grobo Start in order to obtain a refund. Additionally, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Consumables, accessories and swag are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. Should there be a defect with the product, please contact customer support and it will be repaired or replaced at Grobo's discretion.
