You can change your order's address by contacting our Customer Support. Please be advised, however, that if you haven't updated your address BEFORE your order ships, you must pay the cost of re-shipping before we can re-ship it to you.


To change your address, simply email support@grobo.io with:



  1. Your Order Number

  2. Your New Address


That's it! Then, we'll update your address before your Grobo ships.
