Once your plant goes into Flush, your trichomes will show you when its ready to harvest.
They will begin to change colour in this stage, and once 40% of them are cloudy, you're ready to harvest. Check your trichomes by looking at them closely (lots of people use a microscope, like THIS one).
During the Flush stage, your Grobo doesn't give your plant any food, forcing it to use up all of it's reserves. This makes for a very smooth final product. Try to flush your plant for at least 5 days of the 10 available in this stage.
