If you're having trouble conducting a drain or a fill, please try these troubleshooting steps:
1. Check that your Water Level Sensors (located on the back right inside your reservoir) are not tangled or stuck in one position. They must be free-moving to be able to trigger a drain and a fill.
2. Check what colour the LED user light is (LED Indicator Guide).
If it is green or blinking blue quickly, your unit has been disconnected from the internet. You can follow these simple instructions to reconnect to WiFi.
3. Once reconnected, you can find step-by-step instructions on how to fill and drain your unit.
