If you have an account on the Grobo App but you are unable to login, or, you forgot your password, please try the following:
- Forgotten Password - To rectify this issue, reset your password. Start by following this link. Then, enter the email address associated with your account. You will then be sent a link to reset your password. Check your SPAM/Junk folder to make sure you received it.
- Incorrect e-mail address - You must login using the email address that you used when you initially created your account.
